For Internet Explorer 8
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to Tools - Internet Options
3. Click the "General" tab.
4. In the "Browsing History" section, click the "Delete" button
5. Uncheck ALL boxes except "Cookies" - checkmark that box.
6. Click the "Delete" button at the bottom.
7. Click "OK".

For Internet Explorer 7
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to Tools - Internet Options
3. Click the "General" tab.
4. In the "Browsing History" section, click the "Delete" button
5. Click the "Delete Cookies" button.
6. Click "Yes".
7. Click "OK".

Firefox
1. Open Firefox
2. Go to Tools - Options - Clear Private Data
3. Uncheck ALL boxes except "Cookies" - checkmark that box.
4. Click the "Clear Privata Data Now" button.
