For Internet Explorer 6.0
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to Tools - Internet Options
3. Click the "General" tab.
4. Click on the "Delete Cookies" button in the middle of the window.
5. Click on OK.

For Internet Explorer 5.0 and 5.5
You will need to manually delete your cookies from the Hard drive. Your cookies can be found in the C:/Windows/Cookies folder. Go to this folder via "My Computer" or "Windows Explorer", and select all the cookies and delete them.

Netscape 6
1. Open the Tasks menu (at the top).
2. Choose Privacy & Security, Cookie Manager, View Stored Cookies.
3. Click Remove All Cookies.
