"FOR SALE" Message Board Guidelines

NOTE: You Do Not have to create an i-TOWN account
to post messages on the For Sale message board.

1. BUSINESS TYPE MESSAGES ARE NOT ALLOWED:   If you sell items or provide a service as a part-time, money making endeavor, then you are considered to be a business. If you constantly have items for sale you are considered a business. No "Work Wanted" ads.
   
   You can only post a rental if you are not in the rental business and own only one rental property.
   
   
2. PUT ITEM IN SUBJECT & PRICE IN MESSAGE:  You must put the item that you are selling or wanting in the subject of your message. You also need to include the price of your item in your message.
   
   
3. NO PETS OR ANIMALS FOR SALE: Pets or animals for sale go only on the Pets & Animals message board.
   
   
4. HIRING SOMEONE: If you want to hire someone for anything, you must put your contact info in your message. If someone is wanting to hire someone and you want the job, contact them personally - not on the message board.

Each person is allowed a maximum of 3 Posts in any 24 hour period.
