1. Business-type Messages are NOT allowed. If you sell things or provide a service as even a part-time endeavor, then you are considered to be a business. Individuals who have personal items to sell may post their items. If you constantly have items for sale, you may be considered a business on the message board.
   
   Exceptions:
   (a)  If you are 16 years old or younger, you may advertise your services.
   (b) You may post a house for rent if you own only 1 rental property.
   (c)  If you are a non-profit organization you may advertise your events.
   
   
2. 'For Sale' or 'Wanted' Messages - You must put "FOR SALE " or "WANTED" AND the ITEM in the Subject of your message.
   
   
3. Negative Accusations - If you post a message that makes negative accusations against a person, business, or specific public office, you MUST include your full name. This also applies to local elections discussions.
   
   
4. Pets & Animals - Messages discussing or advertising pets or animals need to be posted on the "Pets & Animals Message Board". The only exception is that you can post a "Lost Pet" or "Found Pet" message on the main message board.
   
   
5. Presidential Politics Messages - Messages discussing the president or his policies must be posted on the "Presidential Politics Message Board".
   
   
6. Don't be Rude - An overly rude message will probably be removed by one of the message board administrators.
